What is covered under warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our products with a Lifetime Warranty. This means that we will replace broken parts, including those damaged under normal wear and tear.
We however, cannot cover misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, damage during transport, or any modification to VALKPC case. If a product was damaged during flight, transport or by any carrier, you must immediately report such damage directly to the transport operator or carrier, as this damage is expressly not covered by VALKPC.
What is NOT covered under warranty?
VALKPC cases uses 3D printed parts which may have small surface blemishes. These are unavoidable and are not considered manufacturing defects. They do not affect the function of the case.
We endeavor to work with our supplier to deliver the best finish possible, but this may not always be possible due to the raw finish of sheet metal. We seek your understanding that small surface imperfection are not claimable under warranty.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Get directly in touch with us and we will look at each case promptly. You may be required to cover shipping for replacement parts.
